Affiliate Terms & Conditions

The XiPics Affiliate Program ("Program") allows approved partners ("Affiliates") to earn commission by referring users to xipics.com ("Platform"). Participation requires an approved application and acceptance of these terms. We may update these terms; continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance.

Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate application information. One affiliate account per person or entity. The Platform contains adult (18+) content — Affiliates must only promote it to adult audiences and in compliance with all laws and platform policies applicable to their channels.

A referred user is attributed to the Affiliate when they sign up within the attribution window (30–60 days after the tracking click, depending on tier — shown in the dashboard). Attribution requires our tracking links (/go/…) or widgets. Once a referred user is attributed, the Affiliate earns the commission rate shown in their dashboard on every qualifying purchase that user makes (including gift card redemptions) — lifetime revenue share, with no time limit after signup. Commissions are calculated on the net purchase value, recorded in the affiliate dashboard, and remain subject to the reversal rights in Section 4 and the prohibited-practices rules in Section 5.

Commissions are held for the hold period shown in the dashboard (45–60 days) to cover refunds and chargebacks. Payouts are made in cryptocurrency (USDT recommended), minimum $50 per request, maximum $5,000 per request, with a 7-day interval between requests. We may reverse ("reject") commissions for refunded, charged-back or fraudulent transactions before payout. Wallet addresses are the Affiliate's responsibility — crypto transfers are irreversible.

The following lead to commission reversal and may lead to suspension or termination without payout:

• Self-referrals or purchases through your own links or accounts you control
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframe/pixel stuffing or any non-user-initiated tracking
• Incentivized or misleading sign-ups (paying users to register, fake promises)
• Brand bidding: ads on "XiPics" or confusingly similar terms, or impersonating the Platform
• Spam (email, SMS, messenger, forums) and promotion on channels prohibited for adult content
• Promotion involving minors in any form — leads to immediate termination and report to authorities
• Artificially generated traffic (bots, click farms, proxy/VPN farms)

We provide banners, templates and widgets in the dashboard. Affiliates may use the XiPics name and provided materials solely to promote the Platform. Modified or self-created materials must not misrepresent the Platform or violate clause 5.

Either party may end participation at any time. We may pause or ban accounts and withhold unpaid commissions where fraud or violations of these terms are reasonably suspected, pending review. Confirmed violations forfeit unpaid commissions. Lawfully earned, undisputed balances remain payable after review.

Affiliates act as independent contractors — no employment, agency or partnership is created. Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes on commission income. The Program is provided "as is"; our total liability is limited to unpaid, validly earned commissions.
